We’re more than half way through the second week. How are you doing? Still having fun, we hope. Getting some good “aha” moments.
Here’s what’s left for this week:
Task – Twenty Minutes
Set your timer for 20 minutes. Declutter something from your home.
Remember to make piles for recycling, trash, giveaways (bags or boxes works well)
We’re great fans of Marie Kondo. For inspiration, check our her Netflix show “Tidying Up”.
Task – Boredom
Children react instinctively to boredom with imagination and creativity. Look back and remember how you combatted boredom as a child.
- Putting on a puppet show (I actually did this one. I learned how to build marionettes and write plays, then put on shows, getting my Girl Scout puppeteer badge while I was having fun.)
- Building a sand castle
- Creating a pots-and-pans band
- Playing dress-up
